Responsibilities
Generate new leads and research potential clients.
Schedule in-person presentations with key decision-makers.
Master the company's capabilities and develop effective closure strategies.
Create engaging presentations.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
Act as a business continuity partner for clients' emergency service needs.
Communicate clients' needs to ensure projects meet objectives.
Network with the sales marketing team.
Utilize marketing tools to promote services and increase revenue.
Ensure the organization is always presented with integrity.
Monitor, train, and assist in maintaining vendor programs.

Required
Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 5+ years conducting sales and business development activities across commercial markets.
Experience in regional commercial markets, including Commercial, Multi-family, Education, Healthcare, Retail, and Hospitality.
Proven sales experience with the development of new and existing client bases.
Ability to travel 50%-75%, both domestically and internationally as business needs require.
Proficiency in cold calling, lead creation, and effective follow-up strategies.
Preferred
Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Familiarity with commercial insurable large loss.
