Required

Minimum of 10+ years of transactional experience, including negotiating, drafting, and reviewing a wide variety of commercial agreements including supply and distribution agreements, mergers, acquisitions, and share transfer transactions.

Addressing legal issues arising in complex business transactions.

In-house or outside general counsel capacity from a top law firm.

Superior organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.

Demonstrated success in high-performing, results-driven environments.

Education: J.D. from a top 10 law school is required.

Licensing: Must be licensed to practice law in good standing in at least one U.S. state.
