Responsibilities

Monitors mailboxes and ensures requests for proposals (RFPs) and contract modifications (MOD) are complete

Monitors tracking system for allocation completion and sends official notification to bidding teams

Performs RFP/MOD allocations to ensure appropriate representation based on therapeutic area of expertise

Enters data into application systems for accurate reporting and posts RFP documents to ensure that accurate bid information is available to stakeholders

Provides logistical support to the department

Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice

Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks

Contacts are typically with individuals within own department and occasionally with contacts outside own organization. Contacts involve obtaining or providing information or data requiring some explanation or interpretation
