Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial orders.
Coordinate the implementation of services, contracts, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams.
Monitor project timelines, ensuring that all commitments are met on time and within scope.
Provide proactive updates on order activities, changes, and relevant milestones.
Address client inquiries, issues, and requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of each account's specific needs and preferences for fulfillment.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular check-ins and effective communication.
Verify customer billing to maintain account and service integrity.
Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for improvements within existing processes.
Other duties as assigned.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred
Previous experience in account coordination, customer service, or a related role.
College degree.
Previous experience in service order tracking; including experience with CRM software.
