Responsibilities
Structure, negotiate and draft a wide range of commercial agreements, including major customer and alliance agreements
Provide legal advice to key stakeholders on commercial and legal matters within the business
Provide thought leadership internally and externally
Provide leadership, mentorship and training to StackAdapters

Required
At least 10 years of ad-tech legal experience, with a focus on deal support, commercial contracts, data, privacy, advertising technology and artificial intelligence matters, either in an in-house or law firm setting
Call to the Bar in one or more Canadian Provinces or one or more US states, with active license to practice law in such jurisdiction(s)
In house experience in advertising, technology, ad tech, data, or media company
A positive, collaborative spirit, and a learning mindset
Adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity, and enjoy a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Able to 'own' and manage projects from beginning to end, with an internally driven sense of follow through
Professional maturity and integrity
Excellent legal and business judgment and are comfortable balancing legal risks and business strategy
Exceptional writing skills, strong attention to detail, and an ability to create original drafted documents
A desire to mentor and educate non-legal team members in a constructive and motivational way, consistent with StackAdapt culture and values
Preferred
