Required

5+ years of significant technology transaction experience, preferably in an in-house environment, working on a wide variety of technology transactions including but not limited to SaaS, licensing, hardware, and other technology licenses.

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology contracts with strong issue spotting skills and attention to detail in contract revision.

Previous experience working in-house for a technology company or working with a tech industry client.
