Responsibilities
Advising the teams on a wide range of commercial and contractual legal matters issues.
Drafting and negotiating agreements, including, but not limited to, general terms and conditions of sale and purchase, commercial contracts, product sales and supply, distribution and agency agreements, service agreements, equipment leases, storage and warehousing agreements, real estate contracts and leases, vessel charters, non-disclosure agreements, and transportation agreements involving rail, trucks, and vessels.
Managing payment disputes, including liens.
Management of commercial claims and arbitration

Required
JD and fully qualified in any State in the US.
Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or an international corporate legal department.
In-depth understanding of legal issues associated with the commercial operations of business organizations.
Excellent contract negotiating and drafting skills.
Knowledge of the legal requirements in claims and litigation.
Fluent in English.
Good knowledge of another language could also be helpful.
Ability to support the business with legal matters.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to work in a cross-functional teamwork context.
Flexible and hands-on, excellent communication and relationship building skills.
