Responsibilities

Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, including procurement agreements, vendor contracts, and other commercial agreements.

Ensure contracts comply with company policies, applicable laws, and industry standards.

Collaborate with internal teams to address business needs and resolve contract-related issues.

Maintain and improve contract management processes for speed and accuracy.

Provide legal guidance and risk assessments regarding contract terms and obligations.

Work independently to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required

Must be a licensed attorney in the United States.

Significant experience in procurement and day-to-day contract management.

Ability to efficiently process contracts with minimal supervision.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred

Experience in healthcare or life sciences is highly preferred.

Proficiency in contract management software is a plus.
