Responsibilities
Dashboard creation and automation
Efficient and works intelligently, with initiative to drive support and structure within region aligned to cross regional goals
Must be accountable and display a sense of ownership & integrity around data quality and content
Detail-oriented, organized, and demonstrated ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly

Required
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Data and Analytics, or other related function
5-7 years of related experience in finance, sales, marketing, and/or commercial organizations
Motivated individual able to learn quickly and work in a face paced environment
Clear communicator who can summarize, write, speak, and present confidently to a diverse audience, including senior management – operating as an internal consultant and thought partner
Creative and intellectually curious, with a demonstrated interest in continuous learning
Not afraid to make mistakes but is quick to learn from them
Ability to work well in a cross-functional environment with regional and global team members
Strong executive presence, comfortable thinking on their feet, debating hypothesis, and presenting to audiences varying from C-level executives to entry level associates
Solid understanding of and the ability to identify the key levers that create commercial business value (i.e., Sales and Marketing)
Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint, Tableau, etc.)
Strong Customer Service orientation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
