Responsibilities
Utilize your prospecting and networking skills to drive new business and growth opportunities.
Advise clients on asset protection, benefit offerings, and liability minimization.
Develop sales pipelines & leads a consultative sales process.
Engage with key decision makers of current clients for effective cross-selling.
Drive revenue through sales with emphasis on mid-large size companies and High Net Worth individuals.
Prepare and implement an individual business plan and production budget.
Identify opportunities to utilize National & Regional resources.
Generate leads for your area of specialty.
Engage and leverage Center of Influences for identifiable prospects.
Utilize research tools to conduct prospect research and establish professional contact networks.
Lead a service team to obtain superior programs and maintain the highest level of service.

Required
Minimum of 5+ years of successful, documented sales experience within the Commercial, Employee Benefits, and/or Private Client industries
Relentless attitude to exceed established sales goal targets related to revenue growth
High sales aptitude with a solid business acumen with strategic reasoning & a results motivation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, exhibiting the ability to deliver both formal and off the cuff sales presentations professionally with validated credibility
Candidate must live in or be willing to relocate to Florida
