Responsibilities

Work on specific projects, designed to help gain real-world, hands-on experience working independently under an assigned supervisor in the following areas: strategic analysis, identifying industry trends, and providing written/oral presentations to key managers on their findings.

Required

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program to include but not limited to political science, business, sustainability, economics and engineering

Minimum GPA: 2.8 Cumulative / 3.0 Major

Basic knowledge and understanding of the energy industry and current issues relevant to it.

Advanced proficiency in standard software applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint), and relevant specialized business applications.

Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment.

Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

Strong project management, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

Preferred

Excellent analytical skills - demonstrated financial/quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.

Ability to frame ambiguous issues and structure appropriate analysis.

Demonstrated ability to apply strategic and critical thinking to problem solving.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work productively with diverse teams.

Solid written and oral communication skills; ability to translate analysis into key messages and develop story line associated with project analysis
