Responsibilities

Market new and renewal accounts, including rate and coverage comparisons and accuracy checking.

Process Endorsements, Cancellations, Reinstatements, Audits and billing on existing policies.

Responsible for maintaining and growing a book of commercial insurance property & casualty accounts ($4M+ in premiums).

Provide exceptional customer service through proactive and responsive communication including answering coverage questions, resolving accounting issues and assisting with claims management.

Prepare Insurance Binders, Certificates, Evidence and Auto ID cards.

Generate quotes using carrier websites (such as Travelers, Hartford, AmTrust) for new and existing clients and prospects.

Cross sell new lines of coverage to existing clients.

Update and maintain all client details in Epic (agency management system) to ensure information is accurate and current.
