Responsibilities

Mentor and support Commercial Lines Account Managers, ensuring high-quality client service and performance.
Oversee and manage a designated book of business, addressing client needs and resolving escalations.
Review insurance applications, renewals, and cancellation triggers to ensure compliance and policy retention.
Assist the Team Lead in team management, including performance reviews, training, and onboarding.
Foster carrier relationships, address potential E&O claims, and support team operations during absences.
Analyze reports to ensure productivity, quality assurance, and operational improvements.
Coordinate team training, troubleshoot issues, and communicate procedural updates effectively.

Required

Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in Commercial Lines Insurance, including account management.
Florida 2-20 Insurance License and a High School Diploma/GED or Associate Degree (Business Administration, Finance, or related field).
Comprehensive knowledge of Commercial Lines insurance products, including coverages, policies, procedures, and underwriting principles.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored insurance solutions.
Strong leadership skills to guide, mentor, and inspire teams toward professional growth and success.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to clarity and transparency.
Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate and contribute to shared goals.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred

Prior experience supervising Account Managers preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
