Responsibilities
Client Management: Maintain and grow a book of business comprising medium to large market commercial accounts.
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and carriers.
Policy Administration: Oversee the processing of new and renewal policies, endorsements, and certificates of insurance.
Risk Assessment: Evaluate clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Claims Support: Assist clients with the claims process, providing guidance and advocating on their behalf.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve client inquiries, issues, and concerns promptly and effectively.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with producers, underwriters, and other team members to deliver seamless service to clients.

Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a focus on small to medium market accounts.
Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service and building lasting client relationships.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
