Responsibilities
Manage and maintain commercial accounts, including new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and audits.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients through outreach, follow-up, and service requests.
Review and process requests, policies, and documents for accuracy and compliance.
Advise clients on coverage options, risk management strategies, and insurance policies.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM or other software.
Maintain current knowledge of insurance market trends, products, and services.
Collaborate with team and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required
High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelors Degree preferred
2+ years of commercial insurance experience, preferably in an Account Manager role
Must have an active P&C license
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software related to the job
