Responsibilities
Strong background in commercial insurance including experience with policy management, client servicing, and risk analysis.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and carriers alike.
A detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to providing accurate, high-quality service.
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Develop, calculate, and present suitable plans based on clients' needs – both new and renewals
Resolve client inquiries and complaints which may include requests to research coverage issues, policy problems, cancellation issues, reinstatement issues, billing problems, claims history and underwriting issues
Comply with insurance standards and regulations
Track and identify areas of improvement
Service current commercial book of business

Required
2+ years previous experience in insurance
Ability to build rapport and long-lasting relationships with clients
Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Strong negotiation skills
Current active insurance license needed
Preferred
