Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
Represent clients in commercial disputes, including breach of contract, business torts, and other complex litigation matters.
Manage employment litigation cases, including discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and related claims.
Develop case strategies and provide clients with clear, practical advice tailored to their business objectives.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Appear in court and advocate effectively during hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest quality of legal representation.

Required
7+ years of litigation experience with a focus on commercial, business, and employment litigation or related practices.
Proven trial experience with a strong ability to handle cases independently from inception to resolution.
Exceptional research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A commitment to professionalism, ethics, and client service.
J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed in CA in good standing
