Responsibilities

Partner with US market to identify actions based on customer performance compared to portfolio pricing and contracting strategies

Perform financial modeling to quantify future business impact based on historical data and statistical modeling

Create financial models to assess program opportunities and impacts across customer and market segments

Update data and test models regularly

Develop metrics that track customer and program performance

Support Commercial Strategy team to implement Operating Unit program offerings

Create training and presentation content for sales operations and commercial teams

Required

Bachelors degree required

Preferred

Demonstrated strong Excel, PPT, and Data Visualization experience (Tableau, PowerBI)

Surgical product and procedure experience

Understanding of global healthcare markets including: Procedure adoption and growth, Surgical Modality (Open/Minimally Invasive/RAS), Competitive landscape

Demonstrated ability to flexibly manage complex data while identifying insights

Leverage data and insights to support decisions and manage performance

Experience working with various functions marketing, commercial, finance

Strong communication skills

Program training across multiple stakeholders
