Responsibilities
Assist the outside sales team throughout various aspects of the sales process
Support pre-sales product questions from clients and sales
Prepare quotes and orders using GrayMatter and/or vendor data entry systems
Maintain accuracy of data in GrayMatter CRM (salesforce.com)
Support inbound and outbound direct communications from clients via phone/email/etc.
Provide customer support though strong understanding of customer needs relating to GE Digital and other key suppliers
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of product to customers, proactively track customer orders to prevent issues
Manage and monitor deal registrations for defined area to ensure GrayMatter protection within given opportunities.
Maintain a one business day response time no matter what for internal and external support.

Required
Working toward or recently obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable field (i.e. Business Administration, Marketing, Communications).
The ability to speak, read, and write the English language.
High level of general computer knowledge pertaining to working in multiple administrative and CRM systems, internet research, MS Office Suite, Windows/MAC, gSuite, etc.
Excellent customer service attitude.
Excellent basic math skills.
Ability to multitask.
Highly detail oriented.
Organized workplace.
Problem Solving Ability- the ability to take an unstructured task and give it structure to solve the problem at hand.
