Responsibilities
Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track sales performance and provide insights to executives (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
Assist with manual data pulls and analysis including sourcing, cleaning, and visualization
Assist with board meeting preparation, investor requests, and other executive reporting requests
Prepare Salesforce data (ie, opportunities) for new fiscal year including cloning opportunities to align with new territories, pricing, and contract types
Prepare commission statements for sales team quarterly; design commission estimation calculator for Sales team
Assist Director of Commercial Operations with weekly commission preparation as well as quarterly commission payouts
Assist with deal approval and deal scorecards

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3-4+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role.
Proficiency in CRM software (ideally Salesforce) and data analysis programs (e.g., Excel/Google sheets, Looker).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in or with a sales team with an understanding of sales processes
Experience working with sales compensation plans
Ability to analyze complex data sets and create cohesive reporting
Preferred
Experience using Salesforce is not required but highly preferred
