Responsibilities
Build relationships with business owners and prospective clients over the phone to source new potential opportunities using our modern technology that enables 100 dials per hour and enhances conversion rate by 22%
Help clients to make well-informed, strategic business decisions through the utilization SkyView’s proprietary process, tools, technology, and resources
Manage a pipeline of active transactions across all stages of the deal-making lifecycle
Steward transactions through the crucial offer negotiation stage to a successful close
Leverage SkyView’s collaborative team environment and have support when you need it

Required

Experience in cultivating long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients and colleagues
The willingness to embrace SkyView’s proprietary & proven approach to investment sales
A track-record of success in investment sales, with strong written and verbal communication skills

You must be licensed in one of the following states: AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, MI, MA, MN, MO, NC, NY, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT or willing to obtain a license in one of these states.
