Required
HSMAI CHSL, CRME, CHDM (Certification | HSMAI Global)
Minimum 7 years hotel experience, including sales with Select and Full Service hotels
Minimum 3 years Director of Sales experience in full service hotel and/or select regional experience, both are a plus
Strong knowledge of transient, group and leisure segments and understanding of marketing and revenue management functions
Proven ability to effectively communicate with varied stakeholder roles and levels
Experience in designing and developing interactive learning experiences
Knowledge and use of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Forms)
Envision, EAS, TravelClick 360, Opera, Reserve and Lanyon RFP proficiency
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
Comfortable working in a remote environment
Outstanding project management, time management, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrates a commitment to core values
Preferred
Multiple hotel and brand experience is a plus
