Responsibilities

Support the execution of communication plans for key CES projects and strategic initiatives

Contribute to internal communication efforts to engage CES employees, aligning them with company objectives and CES's mission

Collaborate with team members globally on diverse communication projects and campaigns, ensuring cohesive messaging

Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to support innovative and impactful communication strategies

Seek mentorship and professional development opportunities within the team to foster continuous growth

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, English or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 1+ years of experience in marketing or communications

Skilled in data analysis and communication strategy development

Proactive learner with a commitment to staying updated on industry knowledge and technology

Preferred

An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus

Basic working knowledge of social media platforms

Certifications in data analytics, communication, or related areas are an advantage

Ability to craft compelling messaging across internal channels

Experience building presentations and leveraging multi-channel communication tactics
