Responsibilities
Manage comprehensive communications strategies for nonprofit clients.
Write clear, inspiring, and persuasive content across multiple platforms (social media, email, websites, and more).
Produce social media videos.
Schedule social media, design emails and upload content to websites.
Coordinate campaigns, timelines, and deliverables to ensure clients’ goals are met.
Collaborate with the BC/DC Ideas team to brainstorm creative ideas and bring them to life.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to clients.

Required
3-7 years of professional communications experience (agency or nonprofit experience preferred).
Exceptional writing skills with a knack for storytelling.
Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines.
A passion for nonprofit work and making a difference.
Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a virtual team environment.
