Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze press coverage and daily reporting for multiple teams, including leadership.

Maintain media databases and distribution lists, making appropriate recommendations amidst a changing media landscape.

Coordinate frequent Live Services outreach to key media partners, including asset requirements.

Field incoming PR requests and distribute to appropriate parties.

Conduct insightful competitive research of releases across entertainment.

Provide general administrative support to the Communications team.

Required

A passion for games, music, film, art, design, and contemporary culture in general is essential.

2+ years’ experience in a PR or marketing role, or a relevant position.

Excellent organization, written and interpersonal skills.

A thoughtful approach to all facets of work, with a solutions-oriented attitude, and genuine desire to learn at every turn.

Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines while still achieving high-quality output.

Ability to collaborate with various teams and anticipate the needs of diverse workflows.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in media, communications, or relevant field is preferred.
