Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills.
3 years of experience transforming data sets, quantitative and qualitative analysis into compelling visuals.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
Have strong typography skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
Passion for the automotive industry and Ford brand is a plus.
Work collaboratively with a team and independently.
Be a creative problem solver.
Have a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
