Responsibilities

Provide leadership and mentorship to the communications team, fostering personal development through one-on-one discussions and mentorship programs.

Delegate tasks effectively among team members, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Oversee the creation and distribution of internal and external communications, including newsletters, corporate magazines, safety materials, sales collateral, white papers, press releases, and other marketing materials.

Manage digital platforms such as social media channels and our corporate Hub, ensuring content relevance, consistency, and timely issue resolution.

Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to develop strategic marketing and communication plans, serving as a brand steward to maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms.

Lead the planning and execution of corporate events, fostering engagement and recognition within the organization.

Undertake other job-related duties and special projects as assigned.
