Responsibilities

Sending newsletters, managing town halls, conducting business reviews, facilitating business communications, and organizing partner meetings.
Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals.
Execute defined communication and business rhythms such as newsletters, town halls, business revies, etc.
Support internal events such as summits and leadership meetings.
Confer with management, partners, and internal stakeholders to define project specifications and procedures.
Manage project timelines and budgets.

Required

5-7 years’ experience in the field
Minimum 5 years' experience business acumen skills
Minimum 5 years' experience with internal communication software
Minimum 5 years' experience with Powerpoint and other general software and programs
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
Knowledge of project management principles, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing business outcomes
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc
Knowledge of internal communication platforms
