Responsibilities

Produce and disseminate whitepapers, mass emails, presentations, and other work products to report on BHWP communications activities.

Support the production of culturally appropriate work products, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and fact sheets, to promote behavioral health and wellness habits and BHWP clinical services.

Send out all communications to grantees/team.

Collaborate with the communications team to develop the BHWP brand identity.

Support all quality assurance and quality control requirements and processes.

Support reporting efforts, including the development and submission of monthly and annual performance reports.

Other duties as assigned.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications or relevant field with 2-5 years related experience.

Effective listening and communication skills across multiple teams and mediums.

High-quality written work that demonstrates attention to detail and a grasp of large conceptual frameworks.

Ability to summarize and convey information to a variety of audiences.

Proven ability to form positive and effective relationships for results.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills.

Working knowledge of MS Office; photo and video-editing software is an asset.

Will be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. Must be able to obtain and maintain a background clearance.
