Responsibilities

Help develop communications messaging and manage channels in partnership with leaders from Operations, HR, and internal communications.

Work with cross-functional partners on a wide range of business related and complex topics in a fast-paced operations environment.

Analyze data from strategic communications campaigns to help improve current campaigns and propose new initiatives aligned with strategic priorities of GOPXT.

Keep composure in fast-moving situations, embrace ambiguity, and anticipate stakeholder and customer questions/reactions.

Oversee internal mechanisms, write and edit customer-facing materials, and support the content needs of team-owned channels.

Develop and execute strategies to continuously improve reaching internal audiences.

Distill complex and fast-moving information into digestible content for effective decision-making.

Proactively implement improvements, enhancements, and customizations.

Required

3+ years of program or project management experience

3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred

3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

3+ years of driving process improvements experience

Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
