Responsibilities

Assist the JPMO in creating and maintaining a Communications Plan.

Produce and Coordinate Communications to Department Leadership and external stakeholders.

Work with executives to prepare executive level briefings.

Develop talking points and language for Program Manager, Modernization Manager, and other stakeholders.

Take meeting minutes and record action items at various meetings.

Assist in developing a communication plan for each Component undergoing a migration of financial management systems.

Develop various communication products for different audiences including executives.

Identify key communication activities relating to program milestones.

Review internal and external reports.

Coordinate activities with and support Organizational Change Management (OCM) team initiatives.

Refine communications work-plan for pre-implementation and implementation activities.

Analyze current communications and improve communication strategy.

Ensure materials are developed timely to meet review requirements.

Provide materials to PM and/or DPM for review.

Required

US Citizen able to pass a government level background check and obtain a Public Trust.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Management, Systems Science, Engineering, Math, Business, or a related field

Proficient using 365 Microsoft Suite; Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook OneNote, Access and Publisher. Visio experience highly desired.

Strong quality control experience and detail oriented.

Strong analytical skills and experience is expected writing communication pieces on SELC lifecycle (System Engineering Life Cycle Development) and Project Management skills will significantly enhance your ability to thrive.

Able to work in a fast-paced remote environment juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.
