Responsibilities

Develop and share impactful articles, blog posts, and communications using data and analytics to inform and engage internal stakeholders, highlighting the value of data-driven insights and innovation.

Support hands-on learning programs and workshops to increase data literacy across various business units.

Create and distribute training resources such as guides, webinars, and e-learning content that empower employees to understand and utilize data effectively.

Serve as an advocate for data excellence by promoting a culture that values data accuracy, accessibility, and transparency.

Monitor and report the effectiveness of data initiatives and programs, gathering feedback and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in a communications role, preferably within a data or technology-driven environment.

Exhibit creativity and innovation in generating compelling story ideas and approaches, keeping content fresh, relevant, and appealing to diverse audiences.

Demonstrated ability to create educational and training content.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passion for driving data literacy and promoting a data-centric culture within the organization.
