Responsibilities

Leads internal communications initiatives and projects. In collaboration with Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Manager, develops, edits, formats, coordinates translation, and distributes company announcements such as new hire/promotion announcements, employee newsletter, team member handbook, awards brochures, virtual event flyers, event collateral, and other content.

Leads/supports communication initiatives such as the Masco Cares grant program and its related press releases/external communications, WAY Award nominations process, annual company surveys, the development of job postings for new career opportunities, delivery of new hire orientation, etc.

Maintains company intranet, Connect, to ensure information is accurate and up to date. Generates communications content for Connect.

Develops and executes social media calendar for our client’s Careers social media channels, including post copy and post design.

Coordinates and executes video projects for internal and external communication. Works with vendors where additional design, translation, or other support is needed.

Provides communications support on company events such as service awards. Provides backup to the rest of the P&C team as needed.
