Responsibilities

Independently manage operational corporate communications, ensuring alignment with the brand's messaging and objectives.

Oversee the development and distribution of corporate materials, including decks, presentations, and written external communications.

Take ownership of cross-functional, global project management efforts for corporate communications initiatives.

Serve as a proactive liaison between various stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

Write compelling content and copy for various communication channels, ensuring consistency with the brand's messaging and objectives.

Collect, analyze, and interpret data relevant to corporate communications initiatives.

Required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required (6+ years).

Proven ability to work independently and proactively, taking initiative to triage, prioritize, and build end-to-end project plans.

Strong project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional projects in a global setting.

Proficiency in Excel is mandatory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, stakeholders, external vendors, and associations.

Expertise in building corporate decks and materials for an executive audience, with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
