Responsibilities

Assist in developing content and communications plans that inspire audiences and drive engagement across various communication channels to elevate thought leadership, people and project work.
Assist in driving global and local communications strategies by collaborating with internal business partners and creative, marketing, and communications teams.
Work with engineers, designers, and other subject matter experts to develop and write social media posts, positioning the firm as a major thought leader.
Developing social media plans for campaigns, focusing on brand development and growth.
Publishing organic content on our social media channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
Troubleshooting and handling ad hoc queries.
Communicating insights and best practices to peers and colleagues.
Continuously monitoring trends and competitor insights, providing suggestions and recommendations for new opportunities.
Curating social media content from our website and other resources to increase brand presence on social networking sites (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Closely work with the graphic designer to request new content to be promoted on social media, but also able to quickly generate graphics for quicker turnarounds.
Monitor and manage post engagements such as adverse reactions and comments as well as messages sent to our social media inboxes.
Creation of monthly organic content calendar.
Monitor benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media content, and analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on channel, content, and campaign performance and translate them into recommendations and action plans.
Support team in developing modules, guides, and process documents on social media best practices for social media community of practice.
Help develop collateral pieces and other marketing campaign materials.

Required

2-4 years of cumulative hands-on experience in social media management, managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, etc.), digital marketing, or communications, with a focus on brand growth and audience engagement.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
LinkedIn (mandatory hands-on-experience).
Strong understanding of social media analytics. Excellent understanding of Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn Ads Manager.
Great knowledge of Google Analytics (UA/GA4).
Familiar with Facebook Meta or Creator studio.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Express) and able to create engaging content.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with deadlines, while staying organized in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Proficient in standard grammar, punctuation, proofing, and business writing.

Preferred

Experience in the architectural/engineering/construction (AEC) industry.
Knowledge of AEC industry terms/definitions and unique marketing challenges and opportunities is highly desired.
Bring energy and excitement around each assignment to motivate and move stakeholders forward around one shared mission.
Excellent communicator with strong critical thinking, communications/marketing strategy development, group facilitation, and team-building skills.
Possess a strategic mindset, sound judgment, and the ability to develop and manage communications plans.
Strong leadership skills to build trust and influence others and work cross-functionally with teams and departments.
Google Ads experience.
Ability to produce high-quality materials under deadline pressure.
Ability to train others in industry standards and procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and coordination skills (both verbal and written).
Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in completing tasks.
