Responsibilities

Create and document effective communication strategy for the Business Unit
Produce a wide range of content types for Business Unit
Coordinate internal communications flow and polish content for all employee town halls, memos, newsletters, employee recognition, presentations, etc.
Design sketches for customer journey mapping
Draft business unit content for the company website
Message technical product and service into easy-to-understand media (presentations, talking points, memos)
Coordinate with Marketing team for various content creation

Required

Associates Degree in Communications, Marketing, Psychology, Elementary Education, Behavioral Science, English, Drama, Theater, Social work, or related fields with extensive communications experience
3+ years experience in a Communications or Marketing capacity
Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
High energy self-starter
Inquisitive and interested in learning
Highly organized and attention to details
Creative story-teller
Sense of humor
Ability to work on diverse teams
Legal authorization to work in the US
Own computer

Preferred

MS Sway, Slack, MS Forms
Language skills: German, Finnish, Chinese
