Responsibilities

Partners with team and business representatives to execute internal communications plans designed to inform and empower employees, drive change, promote engagement, amplify our brand, and create a deeper connection to our strategic initiatives.

Functions as an internal journalist eager to learn more about and showcase our business and our colleagues.

Researches, develops, and writes employee features that align with our strategic initiatives.

Designs and distributes monthly internal newsletter.

Executes various aspects of internal promotional campaigns.

Makes daily updates to our internal portal.

Maintains a content calendar of functional events, initiatives, and executes related communications.

Manages multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizes appropriately.

Remains current with emerging trends to determine the most effective communications media to convey messages and engage targeted audiences.

Collects, compiles, evaluates, and efficiently communicates feedback data.

Other duties as assigned.
