Responsibilities
Create clear, concise, and effective content for all channels using storytelling skills.
Manage and promote internal channels strategically to share information effectively with a global audience.
Analyze communications efforts, contribute to engagement initiatives, and identify and mitigate risks.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and uphold communications standards with business partners.

Required
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of communications, content creation and/or relevant consulting experience, ideally within the financial services sector
Exceptional writing and editing ability
High attention to detail
Skill in supporting and executing communications plans
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to prioritize and navigate a variety of activities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 360, specifically Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint. Adobe Programs
Preferred
Knowledge of common and innovative communication channels and trends, as well as an understanding of how they contribute to employee engagement
