Responsibilities
Quickly get up to speed on new technologies to engage effectively with industry leaders.
Collaborate with internal team members and subject matter experts to understand client needs and business challenges.
Conduct in-depth research on companies and technologies to clarify key points and identify leading experts.
Proactively reach out to industry leaders and experts via phone, email, and social media to arrange interviews and communicate project requirements.
Develop creative strategies to encourage experts and companies to share their knowledge.
Engage in meaningful discussions with experts across a variety of industries and technologies.
Analyze and organize responses to provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations for projects.
Utilize diverse research tools and methodologies to ensure the highest quality outcomes.
Assist fellow researchers in designing and conducting experiments.
Troubleshoot challenges and implement innovative solutions.
Maintain a comprehensive database of research findings and other critical data points.
Adhere to regulatory practices and ethical standards in research and recruitment activities.

Required
Must be able to work 8-hour shifts daily (Monday-Friday) during U.S. business hours (PT, CT, or ET time zones).
Must have stable internet service.
1-2 years of relevant work experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Strong communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Demonstrates ability to learn quickly and adapt to new topics and challenges.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A strong work ethic and genuine passion for learning and problem-solving.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
