Responsibilities

Inbound Lead Management: Own daily inbound signups, qualify leads, onboard users, and provide tailored support to ensure subscriber success.
Subscriber Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for nonprofit and startup subscribers, fostering strong relationships through personalized touchpoints and regular follow-ups.
Campaign Development: Design and execute outreach campaigns to attract new subscribers and re-engage past leads.
Sales Pipeline Support: Manage both inbound and outbound efforts to build and track a robust subscriber pipeline using CRM tools.
Onboarding & Training: Lead onboarding calls, create guides, and deliver training to help users maximize our platform's tools.
Community Building: Develop forums, webinars, and other initiatives to keep subscribers informed and connected.
Upselling & Renewals: Identify opportunities for upselling and ensure timely renewals to drive revenue.
Customer Advocacy: Represent subscriber needs within the team to inform product and marketing strategies.

Required

5+ years experience with community engagement, SaaS sales, or customer success with nonprofits, startups, or SMBs.
Proven ability to engage and retain subscribers while identifying upsell opportunities.
Strong community-focused mindset, proactive problem-solving, and data-savvy approach.
Empathetic with a passion for helping others succeed.

Preferred

Familiarity with the nonprofit or startup sector is a plus.
