Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive community management strategy across various platforms (Twitter, Discord, etc.)

Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive online environment for the global Arbitrum community

Foster meaningful conversations, address user inquiries, and provide exceptional community support

Organize engaging online and offline events (AMAs, hackathons, meetups) to drive community growth and excitement

Identify and nurture community leaders and influencers

Collaborate with other departments (Marketing, Product) to ensure seamless communication and community alignment

Analyze community sentiment and engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement

Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in community management and online engagement strategies
