Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Management, Support, Marketing, and Communications to deliver engaging events, articles, and videos

Create systems in which customers receive timely responses to questions and ideas

Initiate customer research regularly to discover strengths and gaps

Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews

Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay informed about new features and products

Build relationships with customers, potential customers, and industry professionals

Stay updated on trends in Digital Customer Experience and Community Management

Required

5+ years of experience as a community manager

Proven experience launching community initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter)

Ability to identify and utilize relevant community metrics (e.g., repeat attendance at events)

2+ years of experience in event management and event planning

2+ years of experience with content management and identification (i.e., identifying gaps in content)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

2+ years of experience in user research, including customer interviews, user journey mapping, and creating user personas

Hands-on experience with brand management through social media

Ability to monitor website traffic and customer engagement through metrics and interpret those metrics

Preferred

Expertise in community administration and building pages

Strong design instincts

Experience in Cyber Security or SaaS start-ups

BSc degree in Marketing or a relevant field
