Responsibilities
Craft a Thriving Community : Build and execute a strategy to attract, engage, and inspire a loyal user base, turning our customers into enthusiastic advocates for WerQ AI.
Be Our Community’s Go-To Person : Act as the primary contact for our users, answering questions, gathering feedback, and creating an environment where everyone feels valued and heard.
Lead Our Discord Community : Nurture our Discord community to ensure it’s a positive, inclusive space where members feel supported, informed, and motivated to engage.
Shape the WerQ AI Brand Voice : Develop and implement a content strategy that showcases our mission and values, delivering meaningful updates and driving authentic social engagement.
Spot and Share Trends : Keep an ear to the ground, monitoring discussions and feedback to understand what matters to our users and inform product direction.
Bring People Together : Plan and lead online and live events to strengthen community bonds, showcase platform features, and foster networking.
Create Content that Matters : Produce newsletters, blog posts, social updates, and other engaging content to keep users inspired, informed, and ready to connect.
Turn Users into Champions : Nurture relationships with our most active users, empowering them to become our biggest advocates and share their experiences.
Analyze and Optimize : Dive into community engagement metrics to improve strategies and ensure our programs are as impactful as they are engaging.
Collaborate Across Teams : Work with our product, marketing, and support teams to make sure community insights drive innovation and user-focused improvements.

Required
Experience in Community Management: Demonstrated success in a Community Manager or Community Lead role, with a focus on building and managing active, engaged communities (experience in the gaming or recruiting sector is a plus).
Empathy and Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills and a knack for creating genuine connections with users, making them feel seen and valued.
Creative and Curious: You’re someone who sees every new challenge as an opportunity to create something amazing, even if it means trying things that haven’t been done before.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with community management tools (e.g., Discord, Slack) and social media platforms for community engagement and content distribution.
Analytical Skills: Ability to track and interpret community engagement metrics to inform strategies and make data-driven improvements. You’re always looking for ways to refine our approach and drive more impact.
Event Management Experience: Practical experience organizing virtual or in-person events and engaging with users through various formats and channels.
