Responsibilities
Community Engagement and Management: Foster a vibrant and active user community by encouraging meaningful interactions, maintaining a sense of connection among members, and creating an atmosphere where users feel supported, motivated, and valued.
Event Coordination: Plan, announce, and execute live events such as support calls and webinars, ensuring high-quality audience engagement and participation during these sessions.
Feedback Collection and Analysis: Regularly gather and analyze community feedback to identify trends, address concerns, and provide actionable insights to improve the user experience.
Community Advocacy: Serve as the one-stop source of truth and advocate for the user community within the company, ensuring their voice is represented in decision-making processes and internal initiatives.

Required
