Responsibilities

Create, curate and manage content such as posts, videos (e.g., extracts from ITI trainings), and articles
Develop a content plan and calendar to ensure routine creation and posting of engaging content to enhance engagement and facilitate a positive and productive membership experience
Initiate and proactively oversee content creation
Proactively develop content and activities to foster a sense of belonging and community
Respond to members’ inquiries and feedback, and provide excellent customer support (e.g., onboarding, subscription cancellations, troubleshoot payment issues)
Develop and enforce guidelines to maintain a safe, respectful, and constructive environment
Analyze data to assess key performance indicators (KPIs)

Required

At least 2 years’ experience with online (virtual) community management
Knowledge of intersectionality through formal or independent study, or participation in ITI trainings
Ability to develop creative, engaging and original content
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Friendly and outgoing personality, and ability to respectfully and effectively resolve conflict
Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO), Circle, and web metrics
Good judgment and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Prior experience with Circle or similar online community platforms
Work in ET time zone
Ability to start right away
