Responsibilities
Research and review community-based services and programs across the country with the goal to connect staff to the resources children and their families need including housing, education, employment, financial capability, health/mental health, social capital, and permanence that are responsive to their cultures and identities.
Determine and analyze resourcing gaps and trends across multiple states and communities in order to generate creative resourcing solutions.
Conduct outreach to social service providers across the country to facilitate case resourcing.
Develop a list of resources and organizations, such as churches, public and vocational schools, colleges, childcare providers, legal resource providers, and employers, available in specific geographic areas outside current target regions where US HSPRS is working cases that can be shared with the children and families we serve.
Lead the administration and maintenance of our referral network CRM system.
Develop systems and processes that facilitate staff’s access to and awareness of resources cross-regionally.
Spearhead departmental data analytics review and reporting to help drive program success.
Maintain appropriate documentation from team and resource coordination meetings.
Participate in training and meetings as recommended.
This role may require local and regional travel for meetings with the team, program leadership, and community stakeholders.
Related duties as assigned and may be revised as needed to meet program needs.

Required
High school diploma/GED
At least eight years of experience in community-based organizations, especially in the faith-based ecosystem.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to successfully interact with potential partners and community stakeholders.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Expertise in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
A valid driver's license to travel for meetings.
Excellent multicultural communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Adapt to unexpected circumstances, think critically, and be resourceful.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Adapt to frequent changes and bring new ideas and innovations to the workplace.
Efficient time management and capacity to prioritize tasks.
Foster a harmonious work environment and find mutually beneficial resolutions that promote teamwork.
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field i.e. Sociology, Psychology, Human Services
Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal).
