Responsibilities

Participate in the administration and delivery of compensation programs
Participate in the annual global compensation salary survey process
Conduct job evaluations and market pricing
Respond to compensation inquiries, ensuring on time delivery to HR and the business, adhering to high service levels and SLA requirements
Support the development of salary increase proposals and promotions through data-driven analysis.
Assist with research and analysis of compensation and reward programs
Ensure compensation practices are in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations across all countries
Conduct market research and benchmarking to support compensation programs and practices
Provide support in the administration of salary planning, merit planning, and incentive programs
Approve job/compensation-related actions in Workday
Prepare compensation reporting and analyses
Assist and support compensation-related projects, processes, and audits as needed

Required

0 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Finance, or other analytical field
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business or related field or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; presentation Fluency in English required
Desire to learn and take on new responsibilities
Ability to handle sensitive data and maintain confidentiality

Preferred

Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent years of related experience
Experience with HRIS Systems, including running queries, accessing and manipulating data
Exposure to/experience in job analysis and job evaluation
Advanced Excel skills, including the use of pivot tables, formulas, data validation, and tables
