Required

Experience in managing a team of compensation professionals.
Strong knowledge of sales compensation programs, including commissions, bonuses, and incentive structures.
Ability to analyze sales performance and compensation data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Experience in ensuring compliance with wage and hour laws and other applicable labor laws.
Strong communication skills to present detailed reports and communicate compensation strategies to stakeholders.
Experience in building relationships with cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, Finance, Legal).
Proven track record of driving continuous improvement in compensation administration processes.

Preferred

Experience with vendor and market benchmarking for competitive compensation packages.
Experience in providing training and support to sales teams and managers on compensation programs.
Familiarity with tools and technologies for tracking, reporting, and payment of commissions.
Remote work experience, preferably in CST or EST time zones.
