Responsibilities
• Participate in compensation surveys and analyze market data
• Audit, maintain, enhance and refresh compensation databases and systems
• Support day to day ad hoc analytical data analysis
• Work with data to develop compensation models in order to derive useful compensation insights that will drive our decision making
• Partner with recruiters to create fair and competitive compensation decisions and offers
• Partner with the People Operations and Systems team to configure and administer compensation systems, including Workday for compensation planning
• Help with the implementation and administration of compensation policies and programs
• Assist with development of total compensation communications, including training, compensation statements, videos and other material
• Support the administration of the Company’s compensation cycles

Required
Participate in compensation surveys and analyze market data

Support the administration of the Company’s compensation cycles
Preferred
5+ years of Compensation experience
Experience with salary structure design and market pricing
Exposure to with equity program administration
Knowledge of Radford survey benchmark jobs and database
Strong analytical skills; the ability to synthesize data and develop insights
Ability to work independently as well as work collaboratively
Exceptional communication skills both written and oral
Microsoft Excel and Google sheets guru, proficient in PowerPoint and presentation software
Working knowledge of Workday, especially for Compensation Planning
