Responsibilities
Assists with the administration of compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and annual merit reviews.
Conducts market research and participates in compensation surveys to gather data and analyze market trends.
Provides support in preparing compensation reports and analyses to assist in policy-making and salary structure recommendations.
Reviews job descriptions and performs job evaluations to ensure roles are accurately classified and compensated.
Assists in developing and maintaining compensation tools, databases, and other resources to support data accuracy and reporting needs.
Collaborates with HR team members to respond to compensation-related inquiries and provide guidance on pay practices.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including FLSA requirements.
Supports the implementation and communication of compensation programs and processes to ensure clarity and alignment with organizational goals.

Required
High school diploma or GED
At least 7 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis
Verification of education and licensure will be required if selected for hire
